• Cancellations: You can cancel renewal any time through account settings. Access remains through the current billing period.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and compliance with applicable laws.

• Ensure tenant data entered into Landly complies with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Do not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Landly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Not Legal or Financial Advice: Landly is an administrative software tool and not a substitute for legal, accounting, or tax advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use or initiating account deletion from your dashboard.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
