How do I cancel my trial or subscription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from the billing section. Go to Pricing and use Manage Subscription to open the secure Stripe portal.

How do I update my credit card?

Use Manage Subscription from the pricing flow to securely update your payment method via Stripe.

Account Data Deletion

Can I completely delete my data?

Yes. We respect your data sovereignty. Contact support and we can permanently wipe your account and all associated properties and tenants from our servers.
